The following requirements must be met to open an account on Wenbat:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to register. Providing a false age will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.
• One Account Policy: Only one account is allowed per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Your full name, mobile number, and date of birth must be entered correctly. Providing false information is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: For large withdrawals, you may be asked to verify your National ID or passport.

Once registered, you are fully responsible for the security of your account. Wenbat will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).

Wenbat is committed to making payments completely safe and hassle-free. Here are the key points:

• Withdrawals can only be made to your own mobile banking number — not to any third-party number.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.
• Wenbat reserves the right to carry out additional verification on any suspicious transactions.
• If your balance doesn't reflect a deposit for any reason, contact support within 24 hours.

Wenbat aims to keep its bonus structure simple and transparent. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

Key Terms of the Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 5x the bonus amount.
• Bonus Validity: Must be used within 30 days of registration.
• Bets on Sports Betting must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering.
• Returns from bets placed with bonus balance remain as bonus funds and become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

Weekly Cashback: A percentage of your net weekly losses is returned as cashback. There is no wagering requirement on this cashback — it can be withdrawn directly. The cashback rate depends on your account's VIP level.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on Wenbat:

• Bet Acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it is final. The "Bet Confirmed" message must appear on screen before a bet is considered confirmed.
• Odds Changes: Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds at the exact moment your bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
• Minimum Bet: ৳200 for Sports; table limits apply for Casino.
• Maximum Win: A maximum win cap applies per bet, which varies by event and market. This is displayed on the bet slip.
• System Error: If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, Wenbat reserves the right to void that bet.

If a match is cancelled or incomplete: Bets are generally voided and stakes returned in accordance with the Betting Rules. For cricket matches decided by the D/L method, bets are settled based on the official result. Full rules are available alongside each event.

Accumulator Bet: In a multi-selection bet, if one selection is voided, the bet is settled using the remaining selections. If all selections are voided, your stake is returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wenbat and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating accounts with false information for the purpose of repeatedly claiming bonuses.
• Fraudulent Betting: Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome simultaneously (match fixing or arbitrage abuse).
• Software Attacks: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated system.
• Allowing Minors: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to use your account.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for any illegal purpose.

Wenbat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If prohibited activity is detected.
• If information does not match during KYC verification.
• When required to comply with a legal directive.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (24 months).

Users will be notified by email regarding the reason for any suspension. If the suspension was made in error, please contact us via live chat and the account will be reviewed and reinstated if appropriate.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Wenbat takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Your information is never sold or shared with any third party.

• Information Collection: Data related to registration, transactions, and usage patterns is collected.
• Use of Information: For service improvement, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Time Reminder: You will receive a warning message after a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
